One India! many Indians....
The 2006 Budget is out and its a mixed feeling.
We are looking at the infrastructure front after all the world looks at us??? Could’nt we
have thought of before, do we need to wait till the world looks in our way? It is ridiculous
the way our thoughts run. We want someone look at us, till then we will not venture into any
thing good.
The government is thinking on providing good roads and infrastructure only because the IT/BT
is getting in more money and investments. Major chunk of the traffic moves around the
agriculture hinterland, which is not given importance or totally ignored. The agriculture
area just needs good road as it is equally contributing to the economy. After all it is an
industry in itself. It does not ask for multiple lane freeways, but a decent roads where
commodities and people can be ferried.
Its probably our attitude, if only all of us try making our world better, India will be a
different nation.
